    My note 4 was doing a couple of these problems I went into boot mode wipe cache partition then reboot, also I have assistant for Android app (icon is two gears turning) this app has ton of features you can control just about everything on phone from here. But go to tools and click clear cache and it will clear the cache for every single app at one time. After this phone is GREAT it’s like having a brand new phone again not one problem been about a month since update!!!!!!
